BAC Florida Investments was incorporated in the State of Florida in 1986. It has since been operating in Coral Gables, in the Miracle Mile area, thereby facilitating the execution of its personalized and customized services to its international clientele.

In 1999, BAC Florida Investments was acquired by BAC Florida Bank and became its stand-alone securities subsidiary. BAC Florida Bank is a full service commercial banking institution domiciled in Miami specializing in institutional and private banking services.

BAC Florida Investments is part of the BAC Financial Network, a group providing a wide array of financial services in the United States, Central and South America. BAC Financial Network has pursued a strategy of developing subsidiaries and affiliates for the purpose of identifying and developing new businesses and markets, and for expansion in existing ones.
